Senior Data Analyst - Blue Team (Supply Chain Risk & Mitigation)

Location: Huntsville, Alabama (Customer Site with Remote Flexibility)

Work Environment: Hybrid / On-Site asrequired

Role Summary:

Exigeris seeking Data Analysts to join our Blue Team supporting a high-impact Department of Defense-aligned supply chain risk management program. In this role, you will focus on the defensive side of supply chain risk-developing mitigation strategies,identifyingalternate sourcing pathways, and delivering actionable recommendations that government decision-makers can execute. Reporting to the Director of Operations & Implementation, you will play a key role in strengthening mission readiness through data-driven insights and operational planning.

WhatYou'llDo:



  • Illuminate supply chains using proprietary and government-furnished data


  • Produce recurring risk mitigation decision-support products


  • Conduct alternate sourcing analysis for at-risk suppliers and components


  • Develop mitigation plans with timelines, owners, and closure criteria


  • Execute data quality validation workflows andidentifyanomalies


  • Develop data quality scorecards and remediation recommendations


  • Support Course of Action (COA) development with cost and timeline analysis


  • Track mitigation actions andmaintainprogram status logs


  • Prepare materials for executive briefings and control tower sessions


  • Coordinate with government stakeholders on data and sourcing validation


  • Support onboarding and enrichment of new data sources


  • Maintain SOPs and support team onboarding


What You Need:



  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into decisions


  • Proficiencyin Excel, Python (pandas), SQL, or similar tools


  • Experience producing reports or briefings for stakeholders


  • Familiarity with supply chain mitigation and sourcing strategies


  • Strong written communication and attention to detail


  • Ability to meet production deadlines in a team environment


Professional Experience Required:



  • 3+ years in data analysis, supply chain,logistics, or intelligence


  • Experience with structured research and documentation


  • Background analyzing complex systems or datasets


  • Experience in government, defense, or regulated environments


  • Active TS/SCI clearance (required)


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with defenselogisticsor acquisition programs


  • Familiarity with CAGE, NSN, or defense data taxonomies


  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or visualization tools


  • Experience with data governance or master data management


  • Familiarity with tools like Jira or Confluence
