About the Role

We are seeking an Operator III - Warehouse to join our team at our bakery in Hazleton, PA. As an Operator III - Warehouse, you will be accountable for ensuring finished goods are received, stored, and shipped accurately while maintaining food safety, quality standards, and inventory integrity in a fastpaced warehouse environment.

Shift & Schedule



  • Shift: 2nd
  • Hours: 2PM - 10:30PM
  • Weekend Availability: Required



Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)



  • Ensure finished goods meet quality and food safety requirements, placing product on hold physically and in SAP WM when required
  • Execute accurate inbound and outbound shipping activities, including documentation and system transactions
  • Safely store and move palletized finished goods in freezer racking without product damage
  • Maintain FIFO inventory practices and perform cycle counts to support inventory accuracy
  • Inspect trailers, pallets, and storage locations to uphold food safety and quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with crossfunctional teams to support safe and efficient operations
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized warehouse environment while following GMP and safety procedures



Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)



  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Standup forklift experience
  • Basic math, timekeeping, and computer skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision



Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)



  • 2-3 years of experience in a food manufacturing or light industrial environment
  • Experience using SAP WM or similar warehouse management systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Experience training new warehouse or shipping employees
  • Ability to learn and operate yard jockey equipment
