Manages the optimization of safety and service delivery across multiple functions and customer segments, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Develops tactical and operational plans to improve safety, service efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and performance. Ensures safety, quality and consistency in service operations by monitoring performance, managing resources, and implementing best practices. Key Responsibilities
Required Education & Experience
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Years of Experience: 5-7 Years Field of Expertise: Utility Industry Preferred Education & Experience
Licenses/Certificates: Journeyman Lineman License, OSHA 30 Years of Experience: 8-11 Years Spans of Control
