It starts with our culture...

Common sense has never been common.

If it were, the world would be a different place. Things would run smoothly and on time. People would do what they say and say what they do. And banks would only sell you what you need. At NBH Bank, we look beyond the numbers to understand the complexities of our client's lives to offer simple solutions.

That's the basics of Relationships. Fairness. Simplicity. When you choose our Company, you have an opportunity to make an impact beyond the walls of our buildings.

We have a long-standing commitment to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. Through our banking relationships, investments, grants, and volunteerism, NBH Bank supports the growth, revitalization, and sustainability of the communities we serve. These are important elements in building and sustaining a successful organization, and we strive to foster a welcoming, result-driven culture where all our associates feel empowered.

As a Mortgage, Construction, and Specialty Client Banker, you will deliver an exceptional client experience across every interaction. The primary job responsibility is to originate and grow residential construction, home equity, bridge, builder construction, and mortgage relationships, partnering with Senior Construction and Mortgage Bankers and other business lines on referrals. You will also deliver a full range of business banking solutions focused on loan and deposit products, with a holistic goal of earning 100% of the client's business. The target credit relationship size will be $500,000-$10,000,000. You will guide clients through the full loan lifecycle from the initial meetings through loan closing, ensuring an excellent client experience throughout.

Additionally, you will proactively engage current and prospective clients to develop and maintain partner relationships and maximize sales opportunities to achieve sales standards. You will expand a COI referral network, research market trends that impact clients' business, and identify opportunities to deliver the right financial solutions.
