Essential Functions & Responsibilities The Vice President HR Business Partners leads the organization's HRBP and Field HR teams, ensuring strong alignment between business priorities and people strategies across regions, sites, or business units. This role serves as a senior partner to the operational leadership, driving organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, workforce planning, and consistent HR execution. The VP translates enterprise HR strategy into practical, business-focused solutions and ensures that leaders receive proactive soaching, support, and guidance to build high-performing teams and a strong employee expereince. THis role works in close partnership with HR Centers of Excellence including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and HR Operations and reports directly into the Chief Human Resources Officer. Ideal candidates will bring an HR background from an industrial services-oriented, distributed workforce industry. This leader will bring proven human resources strategies to support organic growth as well as mergers and/or acquisitions. This person is driven to develop a best-in-class HR platform, while continuing to lead the function by example and serve as a visible people leader to front-line supervisors and employees. This position requires 30-40% routine overnight travel to our facilities throughout the US. Essential Functions and Requirements:
