We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer - Cloud to join our platform engineering team working on the Infor Mongoose platform. Mongoose is Infor's rapid application development framework that enables teams to efficiently build scalable, enterprise-grade business applications. In this role, you will be a hands-on technical contributor responsible for designing, building, and optimizing cloud-native capabilities within the Mongoose framework. You will work closely with architects, technical leads, and product teams to enhance platform UI/UX, developer experience, and cloud scalability while ensuring high standards of quality, security, and performance. A Typical Day in the Life Includes: Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native features and services within the Mongoose framework. Contribute across the full SDLC including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support. Implement scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions. Collaborate with architects and senior engineers on system design and engineering standards. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code; participate actively in code reviews. Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and quality gates. Identify and resolve performance, reliability, and production issues and refactor and optimize existing solutions to improve scalability and maintainability. Basic Qualifications: Experience in Java, C#, or Python. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with the Mongoose framework. Understanding of microservices architecture and REST-based integrations. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes. Solid understanding of software design principles and patterns. Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with platform or framework development. Exposure to developer experience (DX) or extensibility models. Experience with observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing). Experience with web or mobile application ecosystems. Experience working on large-scale, multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
