A key part of this effort is Dojo, Tesla's custom supercomputer system built to efficiently train massive neural networks on vast video data from the fleet. The work of Tesla's AI Hardware team powers the neural networks behind Full Self-Driving (FSD), and Tesla humanoid robot, Optimus, pushing the boundaries of computational efficiency and performance. The AI Hardware team is looking for a SOC Verification Engineer who willbe responsible forRTL verification of top-level SOC. With a strong knowledge of SOC architecture and SOC verification methodologies, you will interact with multiple teams and build a metric-driven, configurable, and flexible verification environment.You willbe responsible forverifying power management subsystemsandhigh-speed memory interfaces within our IP portfolio. You will ensure functional correctness across PVT corners, protocol compliance, and integration scenarios from block level throughSoC.

• Develop andmaintainverification plans for power management blocks and memory subsystems
• Verify power management digital logic
• Define and execute functional, corner case, and regression test suites
• Verify memory protocol compliance (timing, initialization, command/data integrity)
• Develop UVM-based environments for memory controller and PHY verification
• Collaborate with design engineers to interpret specs and close coverage
• Work with physical design and RTL design to weigh trade-offs and helpdeterminebest approach for modelling or approximating voltage power inputs to simulations
• Perform simulation-based sign-off
• Document results and track closure of verification requirements

• Familiarity with power management and supply integrity concepts
• ProficiencyinSystemVerilog/UVM
• Mixed-signal verification using Verilog-AMS or Real Number Modeling (nettypereal) for behavioral modeling of analog blocks and supply rails
• Preferred exposure to power-aware simulation or emulation flows for workload-driven verification of droop response and power-management behavior at subsystem or SoC level
• Memory Interface/Controller Verification
• Hands-on experience verifying high-speed memory controllers and/or PHY interfaces
• Knowledge of JEDEC memory standards and protocol specifications
• Experience with memory initialization sequences, mode register settings, and timing constraints
• Familiarity with memory VIP from major vendors (Synopsys, Cadence, Siemens)
• Understanding of PHY calibration and training sequences
• Experience with memory subsystem/power management subsystem integration verification
