There are no billable hours, no marketing expectations, and no client development pressures. Success is defined by technical excellence, real-world impact, and service to the public. In the Floodplain Use Permitting Branch, you will collaborate with a team of professional engineers, engineering associates, and technicians to support various permitting tasks. Your responsibilities include conducting pre-application meetings to provide initial guidance, reviewing construction plans, issuing permits, and managing complex permit applications from start to finish. Additionally, this role involves reviewing Conditional Letters of Map Revision (CLOMR) and Letters of Map Revision (LOMR) before submitting them to FEMA. About Us Flood Control? In a desert?
