Overview
Aquent is seeking a talented Designer to join a dynamic internal design team, partnering with a global leader dedicated to improving health and well-being worldwide. - Be authorized to work in the United States
- Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
- Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
- Be able to showcase your work through case studies and/or portfolio. This should be narrative in nature and not just finished work/screens.
As a key member of the design team, you will collaborate closely with a Lead Designer and Creative Manager to bring innovative concepts to life. You'll play a crucial role in developing engaging design executions that align with market branding, medical, regulatory, and legal standards. This position demands a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate artwork that meets project goals and tight deadlines. Your work will directly influence how important information is perceived and understood, making a significant difference in the company's outreach and communication efforts. What you'll do:
- Function as a core member of an internal design team, contributing to projects under the guidance of a Lead Designer and Creative Manager.
- Partner with the Lead Designer to develop creative concepts and engaging design executions that meet stringent industry standards.
- Ensure all designs align with market branding, medical, regulatory, and legal requirements.
- Translate creative briefs into compelling visual solutions that meet specific business needs.
- Present creative work with a clear understanding of project goals and objectives.
- Produce high-quality, accurate artwork consistently, adhering to internal and external deadlines.
- Develop a wide range of design assets, including:
- Print materials
- Video content
- Web design elements
- Animated banners (requiring proficiency with layered PSD files)
- Short-form animated content (Gifs and MOV files, 15-30 seconds)
- Social media content (including reels)
- Email designs
- Presentations
What you'll bring:
- Demonstrated experience functioning as part of an internal design team.
- Proven ability to develop creative concepts and execute engaging designs.
- Experience ensuring designs meet market branding, medical, regulatory, and legal standards.
- Strong understanding of creative brief requirements and business objectives.
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality, accurate artwork and a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency with design tools including:
- Figma
- Veeva
- Jira
- Smartsheet
- HCP-related design platforms/tools
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35.00 - $39.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
