Job Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Create, manage, and update all necessary project documentation, including plans, contracts, and reports. Help the Project Engineers manage the workspace for projects by keeping a repository of all documents.
- Assist with developing project plans, setting deadlines, and creating timelines and workflows
- Help allocate resources, manage contractor relationships and contracts, and ensure team members have the necessary tools
- Helps with SAP & CMT related administrative tasks like creating assets, mark numbers, asset allocations, etc.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Asset Care Leaders (maintenance team) to ensure asset tagging, asset write-off, and asset creation/deletion in Maximo are completed for all projects
- Ensure financial project closeout is completed for all projects in a timely manner
- Update SAP project records and support Project Managers with tracking cash flow, in-service dates, and other key financial milestones
- Coordinate with Project Managers, System Engineers, and the Finance team to ensure cost savings calculations are accurate and consistent
- Partner with Storeroom and Vendors/OEMs to ensure all project-related POs are invoiced on time and support resolution of invoice/receiving discrepancies

- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 1 years of experience in Finance, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors or Associate degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Certification, Training or Hands-on experience with SAP in an operations/maintenance environment

The salary range for this position is $50400.00 - $69400.00 / Annually.
