What You Will Do: L'Oreal USA's Corporate Affairs & Engagement (CA&E) department is looking for a Director, Communications & Engagement to continue to develop and implement the communications strategy for its corporate presence on the West Coast in El Segundo, California. As this position plays a key role in advancing the CA&E team's mission of proactively protecting and building L'Oreal's reputation in the U.S., the Director will partner with CA&E and the west coast leadership team to increase the visibility of the company's business strategy, leadership, values, innovations and environmental and social contributions to key internal and external audiences. Additional Benefits Information As Follows: Salary Range: $126,900-$184,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
