Representative - Count Room

Responsibilities:

• Empty money from validators and table game boxes.
• Count and verify all currency.
• Run Verification Report.
• Verify documentation and forms in the casino system.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Competencies:

• High School diploma general education (GED) and five years related experience.
• Previous money handling experience preferred
• Louisiana Gaming Commission work permit is required for this position
• Must have basic mathematical skills. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
• Maintain flexibility to handle changing priorities
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions

  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.

  The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.

• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all employees and guests
• Able to work all shifts to include weekends and holidays also work 6-day work weeks when required

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Must be able to work in a smoking environment.
