As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Agent in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with management and/or local responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help support authorized access, observe site conditions, and report security-related issues, hazards, and/or policy violations.
• Assist with routine property operations by providing directions, answering questions, and maintaining a professional presence that helps support order throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
