Nalco Water's Industrial RD&E group has an opening for a Senior Chemical Engineer in our Global Pilot Plant Facility in Chicago, Il. This role focuses on helping move specialty chemical processes from the R&D bench to pilot and commercial manufacturing through development, scale-up, and technology transfer. You will partner closely with Application Research, Marketing, and Supply Chain to support Ecolab's global new product pipeline launches. You will help evaluate and improve processes to strengthen product performance and address manufacturing needs. The work includes contributing to new or improved products, processes, or systems and supporting intellectual property activities when applicable. Depending on the project, you may serve as a technical contributor or workstream lead for product launch activities, partnering with cross-functional teams and sharing progress with stakeholders in R&D, Supply Chain, and Marketing. You may also support feasibility estimates, design implications, and financial inputs used for project justification. What's in it For You:
