Leasing Consultant (Aurora & Wentworth House Apts.) North Bethesda, MD

Wentworth House & Aurora Apartments (LCOR) is currently seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team.

Job responsibilities for the position include:

• Touring prospective residents throughout each building and leasing apartments
• Answering leasing calls and responding to on-line inquiries
• Processing applications, preparation of lease paperwork, and weekly / monthly reports
• Resolving resident issues or concerns
• Coordination and follow up of maintenance requests for residents
• Marketing of the community thru online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media.

Successful candidates should possess the following job requirements:

• 1 to 3 years' experience in Property Management
• 1 to 3 years' experience with high rise and lease up
• Knowledge of Yardi Software
• Some college experience is preferred
• Experience with Fairfax County's Workforce Dwelling Unit (WDU) program is preferred
• Class A Highrise / lease - up experience is preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Working most weekends is necessary (2 days off during the week)
• Working during inclement weather is also necessary
