Nuclear Medicine Tech

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the Radiology and Cardiology department as a Nuclear Medical Technician. This position offers a contract length of either 13 or 26 weeks, as specified in the submittal.

• Combination of NMT and CT certification is required.
• Valid certifications from NMTCB and CT; NMTCB and ARRT (CT); ARRT(N) and ARRT (R) or (CT); NMTCB and ARRT (R).
• BLS certification is required.
• National/State certifications required: ARRT and NJ License.

• Shift Times: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
• Number of cases per day: 6-8.
• Years of experience required: 2.
• First-timers are accepted.
• Weekends are not required.
• No on-call duties.
• Block scheduling is permitted: Monday to Friday.
• Locals are accepted.

• Experience in Adult Outpatient clinics and nuclear cardiology is required.
• Proficiency in client, gastric emptying, bone scans, liver imaging, perfusion, ventilation, captopril, myocardial scans, and SPECT (Bone, Thyroid, and Cardiac imaging) is essential.
• Unit Information: Outpatient clinic.
• Scrub Color: Any color scrubs.
• Charting System: EPIC Charting.
