  • Monday-Friday: 11:30 AM-8:00 PM
  • Rotating Saturdays
  • Additional: Will also cover other shifts as needed; may be required to train in and perform remote MRI scanning


Compensation:

From $38/hr (based on 0-5 years of experience; final rate determined by experience, education, and operational needs)

University Radiology is the largest provider of subspecialty radiology and teleradiology services in New Jersey, with more than 180 Board Certified radiologists trained across all imaging modalities and subspecialties. For over 60 years, we have provided preliminary and final interpretations, consultative support for hospitals and imaging centers, and academic radiology leadership at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Our physicians interpret more than 2.1 million radiology procedures annually.


Position Overview

We are seeking a full time MRI Technologist to join our Neptune imaging office. This role involves performing high quality MRI studies while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and exceptional care.

You may also be required to train in and perform remote MRI scanning and provide shift coverage as needed.


Responsibilities

  • Perform MRI procedures using high field magnet systems
  • Work in or near specialized imaging equipment while adhering to all safety protocols
  • Provide coverage for additional shifts when required


Qualifications

  • ARRT (MR) certification
  • 3-5 years of MRI experience
  • High field magnet experience required
  • Client high field magnet experience preferred
  • CT experience a plus

Compensation
