This is a remote-working position, the ideal candidate will live within an easy driving distance of Philadelphia, Newark (NJ), Atlanta, or Chicago (O'Hare) airports. The Director of Capital Engineering is accountable for the engineering and delivery of capital investment projects at up to 15 Mativ sites, predominantly located in North America. Project types include maintenance replacements, automation and process improvements, and new product manufacturing lines. The Director interfaces with site engineering, safety, and plant leaders to understand problems/opportunities, and coaches/guides the project development, justification, execution, and post-completion evaluation business processes.
