Job Title: Equipment Technician
Location: North Phoenix
Employment Type:
Industry: Semiconductor
Compensation: $21/hr plus 15% differential for night shift ($21/hr base for entry level)
Schedule: ** This role requires open availability through the training process **
The first 1-3 months will be paid training M-F, 8am-5pm, then will move to 12-hour shift on days or nights (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am)
Production work shifts after training are on 12-hour shifts on day shifts or night shifts, 3-4 days per week.

What You'll Do:
  • Work in clean room environment multitasking with tracking systems to monitor the semiconductor manufacturing of wafers, and need to wear PPE suit and assist with parts replacement weighing between 20-100 lbs.
  • Performing preventive maintenance activities on state-of-the-art 300mm semiconductor equipment in clean room environment.
  • Performing visual inspections (quality check) post PM.
  • Responding to error messages of factory systems and/or equipment.
  • Reviewing Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts for process quality and conducting defect troubleshooting.
  • Sustaining and improving spare parts management system and be responsible for full life-cycle of spare parts.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High school Diploma or GED required
  • Fundamental Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
  • Exhibit typing skills of at least 35 wpm
