About the Opportunity:
As a Material Handler, you'll play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly by managing material flow, supporting inventory accuracy, and ensuring production teams have what they need on time. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment. You'll collaborate closely with inventory, production, and shipping teams to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
What You'll Do:
  • Move, store, and replenish materials to support production schedules using system-generated processes and pick lists.
  • Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and material tracking to maintain accurate ERP and inventory records.
  • Inspect incoming materials, identify discrepancies or damage, and complete proper documentation and disposition.
  • Prepare, label, and transport materials safely, including loading/unloading and securing shipments as needed.
  • Support cross-functional operations by assisting with stockroom, shipping/receiving, and inventory control activities while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience, doing cycle counts, backfills, and kitting.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience with pallet jacks, reel counters, scales, and basic office tools.
  • with high-volume work.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Warehouse and inventory control experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle) and system-driven material movement.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
  • Basic computer proficiency and problem-solving ability.
  • Effective teamwork and strong written/verbal communication skills.
