Construction Services Job Description

Nature and Level of Work Key Responsibilities Perform regular maintenance and general repair on equipment operated and keep supervisor informed of needed equipment replacements and upgrades. Observe and enforce all safety requirements related to equipment operation. Operate and maintain other related equipment in support of maintenance and construction tasks, including earth moving, paving, snow clearing, hoisting/loading, unloading and relocating heavy materials and equipment. Keep assigned tools and equipment in operational order performing routine repairs, maintenance and adjustments, perform manual tasks using hand tools and small power tools for paving and other maintenance service projects. Clean, maintain, safely operate and properly store all tools. May perform or assist with preparation of cost estimates, material orders, reports and maintenance of records. Perform other duties as assigned. A CDL is required or would need to be obtained within 6 months of starting the position. Shift
7:30 a.m. - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday Minimum Qualifications
* A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
