This role is responsible for operating, filling and packaging of hydrogen peroxide including data entry, cycle counts, researching, correcting inventory errors and assisting with problem pick tickets and warehouse location accuracies. How will you make an Impact:
Reviews filling and packaging instructions at beginning of line runs. Ensures that the correct packaging materials are available. Ensures that the correct Personal Protective Equipment is available and other safety procedures are understood and followed Ensures that the line is set up correctly per the filling and packaging instructions Operates filling and packaging equipment continually. Types of equipment could include filler, sleeve labeler, cappers, tape machine, bar coders, ink jet printer, hand wrenches, hand stamps, palletizers and lid presses. Adjusts equipment to control weight, closures or other as required by the specifications Takes samples and keeps area clean Actively participates in Kaizens, 5S and special projects Continuingly identifies opportunities for system and process waste elimination Completes and documents activities that measure quality and productivity in an accurate and timely manner. This could include taking weights and performing basic quality tests. Enters results on paper or in computer Completes packaging and filling assignment meeting or exceeding the standards Assists with line changeover, including the collection of wash water Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Performs data entry to release, moves into location or adjusts inventory through computer software Addresses departmental paperwork and conducts physical searches/researches of missing products Manages receiving schedule of inbound shipments for vendors Assists in researching discrepancies on cycle counts Assists shipping departments with problem pick tickets Determines shipping method for material using knowledge of shipping procedures and rates Reports damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record-keeping purposes Uses a warehouse management system and prepares accurate bills for outbound freight Works with establishment representatives to rectify problems such as damages, shortages and nonconformance to specifications Tracks departmental data and generates applicable reports as needed Stores shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED 1 year of previousexperience in a manufacturing plant or warehouse Ability to use basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division of whole numbers, fractions, percentages and decimals No immigration sponsorship available for this role
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to complete training and master skills that are required by position (including but not limited to Hazardous Material Safety and DOT training) Ability to understand and track safety, quality and productivity data, including run rates, fill weights, and averages Mechanical aptitude Experience with Total Production Management (TPM) & Continuous Improvement Systems Strong attention to detail, good communicator and a team member Ability to meet physical requirements of position Previous experience in a warehouse, transportation, shipping and receiving related capacity Previous experience in a customer service position Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $48,800.00 - $73,300.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
