Description Supports customer service and sales functions through professional, consultative interactions across multiple communication channels. This role is responsible for resolving customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and delivering a positive, high-quality client experience in a fast-paced contact center environment. - Handle inbound customer interactions via phone and other digital channels - Respond to customer questions and service requests by reviewing account information and identifying appropriate solutions - Communicate clearly and professionally to build rapport and trust with customers - Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products, services, or digital tools when appropriate - Open, update, and maintain customer accounts by accurately recording information in internal systems - Resolve product or service issues by offering appropriate options, next steps, or escalation when needed - Accurately document customer interactions, actions taken, and outcomes in required systems - Follow established procedures, policies, and compliance guidelines - Collaborate with team members to support service levels, productivity goals, and overall customer satisfaction - Promote a consistent, digital, and omni-channel service experience Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Scranton, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
