We are seeking apassionate, resultsdriven, and innovative engineering leader to manage, lead, and develop an SoC Platform Emulation team. This team plays a critical role across both presilicon and postsilicon phases, working closely with Design, Firmware/Software, and PostSilicon Validation teams to shift left postsilicon validation into the presilicon emulation phase. The team is responsible for endtoend HW+FW coverification, validating design and firmware together on platformlevel emulation environments. By identifying design, firmware, and systemlevel issues early, the team enables higherquality silicon, faster postsilicon bringup, and reduced postsilicon validation cycles, ultimately accelerating timetomarket and improving product robustness. As a leader, you will drive crossfunctional collaboration, define execution strategy, build and mentor a highperforming engineering team, and deliver scalable emulation workflows that supportrapid silicon validation and longterm platform success.
