This role is hybrid in office 4 days per wek and one remote in our clients Lone Tree, CO office.

Are you a visionary leader passionate about guiding organizations through transformative change? We are seeking a highly skilled **Change Management professional** to make a significant impact on our most critical enterprise-wide initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind successful adoption of new processes and systems, directly influencing employee engagement and operational excellence across the organization.

**What You'll Do:**

* Lead and support comprehensive change management efforts for complex, cross-functional initiatives.

* Champion and implement robust change management strategies, including impact analysis, readiness assessments, and sponsor roadmaps, to effectively guide individuals through transitions.

* Drive the full lifecycle of change communications and training, from design and development to delivery and ongoing management.

* Oversee change coordination, status reporting, and roadmap planning, ensuring consistency and motivation throughout the change journey.

* Build and nurture strong relationships with project teams, partners, and senior leaders to facilitate plan execution, resolve challenges, and mitigate resistance.

* Provide expert coaching and guidance to senior leaders, empowering them to excel as effective change sponsors.

* Continuously monitor the progress of change plans, gather feedback, evaluate outcomes, and adapt strategies as needed to ensure optimal results.

**Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in leading change management initiatives for new business processes, systems, job roles, and organizational structures.

* Demonstrated ability to reduce employee resistance and accelerate the adoption of new behaviors.

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders, cross-functional partners, and client-facing employees.

* A client-first mentality, consistently going above and beyond to deliver outstanding results.

* Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
