We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join a dynamic creative content development team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in crafting the voice and vision for brand projects, driving engagement, and defining how impactful stories come to life across diverse platforms. Your contributions will directly influence how new experiences are introduced and how established brands evolve, leaving a memorable mark on global culture.

**What you'll do:**

* Articulate and grow foundational brand elements, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment.

* Clarify and connect brand relationships to existing structures, fostering cohesive brand ecosystems.

* Lead naming explorations for products, aligning with overarching brand strategies.

* Fuel strategic goals to continuously evolve and enhance the product experience through compelling narratives.

* Articulate core pillars of brand messaging, ensuring clarity and impact.

* Define creative territories that authentically embody and expand the brand's identity.

* Bridge the gap between strategy and design, ensuring a seamless and integrated brand manifestation.

* Bring brands to life through impactful and persuasive copywriting across all touchpoints.

* Create comprehensive guidelines to define and scale the brand's voice effectively.

* Collaborate closely with design, strategy, and cross-functional partners to ensure cohesive brand manifestation both on and off product.

* Identify, orchestrate, and amalgamate key details across various functions to achieve unified brand experiences.

* Craft compelling narratives for sharing work with collaborators and stakeholders, fostering understanding and alignment.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 7+ years of relevant writing, creative, and brand experience.

* Extensive storytelling experience as a writer, including for brand experiences, with a proven ability to forge new brand voices and evolve existing ones.

* Highly skilled copywriter and scriptwriter, demonstrating extreme agility with language and a delight in nuance, capable of distilling complex ideas into clear, compelling messages.

* Curious, thoughtful, and precise in conducting research and translating learnings into effective takeaways.

* Conceptual thinker who is specific, holistic, and strategic, contributing to the big picture in every detail and connecting design, product, and culture into impactful stories.

* Advanced understanding of what makes content engaging and successful across different platforms and audiences, skilled in developing work for various use cases and considering impact across a range of devices, experiences, and scenarios.

* Consumer-focused and effective in inviting audiences into new experiences, crafting brand stories that connect into culture and feel larger than the sum of their parts.

* Understands and appreciates design, with relevant or translatable experience collaborating closely with designers.

* Collaborates effectively in a cross-functional design team environment, thriving in iterative processes and synthesizing elements and learnings from partners.

* Strong organizational and project management skills, adaptive problem-solver in quickly evolving environments, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and consistently delivering thoughtful, impactful work.

* Proficient in crafting clear and compelling deck narratives for diverse audiences.

* Seamlessly flexes across different media and content, from sports to entertainment.

* Passion for brands and relentless in preserving their integrity and vision.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Prior experience in entertainment media, audio content, or sports is a plus.
