Job Summary Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution is currently seeking a Scientific Operations Coordinator to join the National Ocean Sciences Accelerator Mass Spectrometry (NOSAMS) facility. This position is a regular, full-time, onsite role and is eligible for full benefits.The Scientific Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the NOSAMS facility. This position develops a strong understanding of NOSAMS laboratory processes through hands-on work and uses that knowledge to coordinate sample workflows, communicate with clients, and contribute to reporting and operational processes. This role is well suited for a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized individual who enjoys working across laboratory and operational settings. It offers opportunities for growth in both technical and operational areas, with increasing responsibility over time based on experience and interests. Job Description Essential Functions & Duties

Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident due to government contract requirements Additional Job Requirements Salary Range: $56,828 - $73,213 Internal hiring level: Research Assistant III The salary range provided for this position reflects the expected minimum and maximum base pay for new hires. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as internal equity and market conditions. In addition to base salary, eligible employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package.
