Job DescriptionThis role is based in ourNew York / Dallas / Boulder or Phoenix offices. The Marketing Analytics Senior Manager is the operational backbone of the Marketing Analytics Center of Excellence (CoE), leading a team of multiple Portfolio Marketing Analysts to deliver world-class analytics across the Fashion, Health & Nutrition, Manufacturing, and I&C portfolios. This role owns the standardization, scalability, and flawless execution of reporting frameworks that power data-driven decision-making across the business. You'll be responsible for building the infrastructure and processes that ensure every stakeholder receives consistent, high-quality insights, whilerecruiting, developing, and scaling a high-performing analytics function capable of supporting multiple business units simultaneously. As the leader of the CoE's delivery function, you'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.You'll architect a team structure that can flex across portfolios, mentor analysts to reach their full potential, and create a culture of continuous learning and excellence.You'll work directly with your analysts to implement advanced modeling techniques, troubleshoot complex data challenges, and ensure reporting outputs meet the highest standards of accuracy and relevance. You'll also serve as the key liaison between your team and portfolio marketing managers, translating business needs into analytical solutions and ensuring insights are delivered with speed and precision. What Success Looks Like
The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 based on experience and location, and up to a 10% annual bonus. We believe that great things happen when people connect face-to-face.
