This position is heavily focused on *email support, case management, and problem resolution*, with some outbound followup calls as needed.
Role Overview Join the Customer Support team supporting Account Managers who oversee fleet accounts. This role requires strong written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to research and resolve customer issues independently. You'll assist drivers and internal teams with service-related needs, ensuring accurate resolution and excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities * Manage a *high volume of customer emails and cases* via Salesforce * Research and resolve customer and driver issues (ex: vehicle impoundments, service questions) * Support Account Managers with fleet-related requests * Communicate with internal departments to drive case resolution * Use MS Teams daily for internal and external communication * Make outbound followup calls as needed * Enter and update customer data while communicating * Use CRM systems to track cases and follow-ups * Utilize internal systems for: * Vehicle ordering support * Billing changes * Report generation * Insurance card distribution * Driver and vehicle data updates * Contact drivers by phone/email to gather missing information Required Skills * Customer service & customer resolution * Strong professional written/email communication * Data entry & case management * CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) * Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, basic Excel) * Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving skills Must-Have Qualifications * 2+ years of office-based customer service experience * Excellent written and grammatical skills * Strong computer proficiency; comfortable working across multiple systems/monitors * Basic Excel knowledge (data entry, copy/paste; willing to learn more) * Typing speed *40 WPM minimum* (typing test required) * High School Diploma or equivalent Nice to Have * Salesforce experience *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Schaumburg, IL. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
