As a Security Officer Reception Driver in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location as a Front Desk professional, where you will greet visitors, manage access, support security-related protocols, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by greeting visitors, drivers, and employees at the front desk, following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols for the location.
• Monitor access at the reception area by verifying identification, reviewing visitor logs, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests to the appropriate contact and/or department.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Answer phones, manage incoming inquiries, and complete required reports, logs, and other front desk documentation related to daily security-related activities.
• Observe activity in the lobby and entry points to help to deter unauthorized access, and report concerns, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
