We are seeking a senior media strategy leader with 10+ years of experience in media planning and strategy to oversee global paid media initiatives for a leading entertainment and streaming platform's TV business across living room distribution partners.

Responsibilties



  • Oversee global paid media strategy for the TV business team across living room distribution partners.
  • Lead production of quarterly global strategic media briefs, partnering with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and business direction.
  • Identify paid media contributions to streaming title goals, sports programming goals, living room partner goals, and broader business objectives.
  • Review media plans, provide strategic feedback to media teams, and produce executive summaries for leadership review and approval of quarterly plans.
  • Oversee launches of living room media campaigns, ensuring campaigns launch accurately and on schedule.
  • Manage weekly media spend and performance reporting for leadership and key stakeholders, including ad hoc reporting as needed.
  • Oversee the monthly creative production process for paid media campaigns, aligning with stakeholders on required assets ahead of creative briefings.
  • Collaborate closely with data science and analytics teams to measure living room media performance, with a focus on mixed media modeling and lifetime value (LTV) analysis.
  • Regularly produce high-level summaries of paid and earned media plans for priority streaming originals and major sports tentpole campaigns.


Qualifications



  • 10+ years of experience in media planning, media strategy, or integrated marketing strategy.
  • Deep experience managing large-scale global paid media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of streaming, entertainment, sports, and living room distribution ecosystems.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with analytics, creative, media, and executive leadership teams.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex media strategies into executive-level presentations and recommendations.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting media performance data and measurement frameworks.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
