We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Global Rewards & Compensation Manager to lead the development and execution of compensation, equity, and benefits programs across a growing international organization. This role will play a key part in ensuring reward strategies remain competitive, scalable, and aligned with business goals and employee experience initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with practical experience in compensation strategy, benefits administration, and HR operations. This person will work cross-functionally with People leaders, Finance, and business stakeholders to support compensation planning, market analysis, and employee rewards programs globally.

This is an opportunity to influence how compensation and benefits programs evolve within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment while building processes and infrastructure that support long-term organizational success.

Schedule: Full-time, onsite

Responsibilities
  • Support the design, implementation, and administration of global compensation and rewards programs
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to provide guidance on compensation structures, salary recommendations, and incentive plans
  • Conduct market pricing and compensation analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices
  • Analyze compensation and workforce data to identify trends and provide recommendations to leadership
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and models to support annual compensation reviews and strategic workforce planning
  • Assist with equity administration and compensation-related processes tied to promotions, performance cycles, and hiring
  • Oversee employee benefits administration and act as a resource for benefits-related questions and escalations
  • Coordinate with external vendors, brokers, and third-party partners to support benefits operations and compliance requirements
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure the accuracy of compensation, benefits, and employee data
  • Improve and document processes related to rewards programs, reporting, and HR operations
  • Help communicate compensation philosophy and benefits offerings to employees and new hires
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, rewards, HR analytics, or Total Rewards
  • Strong understanding of compensation planning, salary benchmarking, and incentive program administration
  • Experience supporting global or multi-region compensation programs preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret large data sets and present findings in a clear and actionable way
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and compensation management tools
  • Knowledge of employee benefits programs and HR compliance practices
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience interacting with senior leadership
  • Highly detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in high-growth, technology, financial services, or consulting environments
  • Exposure to equity compensation and international benefits administration
  • Experience working with compensation surveys and market benchmarking tools
  • Familiarity with compensation planning cycles and performance review processes
