Full-Time On-Site Position Winchester, Virginia Job Summary: Shenandoah Oncology is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager that will oversee all business and front office operations, including billing, reimbursement, collections, and computer systems. This role ensures accurate and timely charge capture, claim submission, and reporting to maximize reimbursement and reduce accounts receivable. The Revenue Cycle Manager directly supervises accounts receivable, Front Office Supervisor, produces accurate monthly reports, and drives process improvements to enhance efficiency, financial performance, and patient experience. Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 + a performance management bonus opportunity (PMBO). The actual hiring rate may vary based on several factors, including your previous work experience, educational background, the responsibilities of the position, and demonstrated performance.
