We are seeking a highly experienced Integrated Air and Missile Defense Subject Matter Expert with diverse expertise in the acquisition of integrated military systems of systems made up of sensors, effectors, and command and control components. In this role you will directly support senior civilians in the development of Golden Dome for America. The ideal candidate will bring 20+ years of progressive experience in Department of War acquisition programs, including missile defense and counter-UAS systems via rapid prototyping acquisition pathways.You will engage and coordinate with high-level stakeholders up to the 4-star level across multiple services and agencies, enabling fast and effective programmatic and technical decision-making. You must thrive in environments with little written direction and dynamically changing constraints. Responsibilities Serve asan IAMD SME in direct support of government at CPE/CPM levels Communicate and coordinateeffectivelywith both technical stakeholders and strategic/politicalstakeholders, including industry partners, all military services,andrelevantcombatant commands. Consider multi-domain impacts oftechnologytrade spaces. Support management of cost/schedule/performance trades for multiple products and systems. Coordinate with product offices on product requirements, development milestones, Provide programmatic and technical knowledge that is informed by a comprehensive understanding of the greater mission context,DoWsystems development processes, and stakeholder roles and requirements to ensure concepts, ideas, and expectations are communicated accurately and effectively among allstakeholders. Travel tostakeholder engagements andfielding locations.
