Job Title: Brand Writer/Creative, Brand & Interactive Design

Location: Culver City, CA; New York City, NY; Cupertino, CA; Seattle, WA (Remote)

Employment Type: W-2 Contract (3-4 months)

Pay Rate: $110/hour


Summary

We are seeking a Brand Writer/Creative to support the Creative Content Development team across brand initiatives spanning TV, Music, and Podcasts. This role is focused on shaping and evolving brand voice through compelling storytelling, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled writer and conceptual thinker who can translate complex ideas into engaging, culturally resonant narratives. This role partners closely with design, product, and strategy teams to bring brand experiences to life across multiple platforms and touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve foundational brand voice, messaging, and storytelling frameworks
  • Create compelling brand copy across multiple formats, including scripts and narratives
  • Lead naming explorations and support brand identity development
  • Establish creative territories and messaging pillars aligned with brand strategy
  • Translate strategic concepts into engaging, audience-focused content
  • Create guidelines to define and scale brand voice and tone
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and strategy teams
  • Craft presentation narratives and storytelling for stakeholder and leadership reviews
  • Connect brand storytelling across platforms, devices, and experiences

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in brand writing, creative development, or related fields
  • Extensive experience in storytelling, copywriting, and scriptwriting for brand experiences
  • Ability to distill complex ideas into clear, engaging messaging
  • Strong conceptual thinking with a strategic and holistic approach to creative work
  • Experience developing content across multiple platforms and audience types
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to multitask
  • Experience working in TV, Music, Podcasts, or Sports industries (preferred)
  • Passion for brand integrity and cultural relevance
