Comprising over 125 personnel, the Integrated Warfare Systems Group (IWSG) delivers expertise in program and project management, acquisition and contracting, systems and digital engineering, software development, test and evaluation, sustainment and life cycle management, cybersecurity, international/Foreign Military Sales, strategic communications, and IT services. These capabilities support more than 100 Above Water Sensor, Undersea, and Combat System programs and projects within the Navy's Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS), as well as clients in PEO Ships, the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), and the Office of Naval Research (ONR). Responsibilities We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Electromagnetic & Sensor Systems Department (B). Candidate will support the test, evaluation & integration (TE&I) efforts related to configuration management of electromagnetic and sensor systems, including: generate test procedure, execute tests, and analyze results on radars, comms, and EW systems to improve system performance. Candidate will perform full-spectrum analysis of radar and EW systems. Candidate will utilize M&S programs, such as MATLAB and Python, to conduct computations and modeling. Support the testing and integration of developmental sensors & systems. Focus is on early identification of EMI vulnerabilities for the sensors/systems in development.
