What You Will Do:



  • Own yard operations: by organizing, tracking, and managing all equipment as it enters, moves through, and exits the yard.
  • Inspect, clean, and detail equipment: to ensure it's fully prepped and ready for delivery, rental, or demo.
  • Support equipment flow: by moving, staging, and coordinating machinery between the yard and shop.
  • Partner with the service team: to keep operations running smoothly and ensure timely, accurate job completion.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment: while delivering strong customer service and representing RDO with pride.

What You Will Need:



  • Ability to work independently: while also contributing to a team-oriented environment.

  • Basic computer skills: to document work and navigate systems.

  • Comfort working outdoors: in various weather conditions and staying active throughout the day.
