Bethesda, Maryland | Full-Time | On-Site Leadership Opportunity

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an Exciting Potential Opportunity for a Program Manager to support NIH located at the NIH Clinical Center in Bethesda, MD.

Managing operations at a 24/7/365 clinical research hospital is not a role for the faint of heart, and that is exactly what makes it extraordinary. As Program Manager for the PSSD, you will lead the people who are the first face patients see when they arrive at one of the most significant medical institutions in the world. Your leadership keeps the experience seamless, the standards high, and the mission moving forward.

Qualifications We're Looking For
    Experience managing administrative or medical support staff, preferably in a healthcare or government environment
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) designation preferred
  • Ability to perform all PSSD MSA functions when needed
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and aptitude for learning NIH systems
  • Flexibility to support offshift coverage and assessments
  • Commitment to full-time, on-site work
Conditions of Employment
  • On-site presence required; remote work not permitted
  • Must successfully complete federal background investigation and obtain NIH PIV badge
  • Emergency Essential position - must report during adverse weather and closures
  • Compliance required with NIH Privacy Act, patient confidentiality standards, vaccination requirements, and conduct policies
