Position: Post Doctoral Fellow, Hematology and Oncology Research Location: Boston, MA Schedule: Per Diem POSITION SUMMARY: The postdoctoral researcher will play a central role in developing scalable computational tools for spatial omics data analysis within the lab. This position focuses on designing and implementing alternative backends for data storage, computation, and visualization to support the analysis of large and complex datasets. The postdoc will actively contribute to and integrate their work into the Giotto Suite, our open-source spatial omics analysis framework, collaborating closely with the broader development team to ensure robustness and community accessibility. In addition, the postdoc will apply these tools to the analysis of large-scale spatial omics datasets currently being generated in the lab, translating methodological advances into meaningful biological insights.
