What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-endprocurement activities ofCapExinvestment and operationforfabequipment
- Manage the full procurement cycle: Sourcing, supplier identification/selection, negotiation, contract, PO management, delivery management
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships to drive performance and meet business objectives
- Proactively mitigate supply chain risks through dual-sourcing and localization strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including fab Engineer teams, logistics, legal, and finance to resolve bottlenecks and drive company' objectives
- Drive alignment and influence cross-functional stakeholders and external partners internally and externally
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in sourcing/procurement/supply chain/project management within high-tech manufacturing or related field
- Experience with semiconductor equipment for logic, memory, and packaging preferred
- Proven experience managing Large-scale CapEx investment and manufacturing operation
- Semiconductor CapEx experience preferred; demonstrated deep understanding of semiconductor supply chains (e.g., ASML, Applied Materials)
- Expertise in global strategic sourcing, negotiation, supply chain analytics, data analysis, project management and ERP system (SAP/Oracle)
- PMP/CPSM certification preferred

Expected Compensation
$132,000 - $300,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
