Marketing Project Manager (Contract)

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Marketing Project Manager to support the cross-functional marketing initiatives for the Maps and Business Marketing teams. In this role, you will partner closely with marketing leads to drive overall campaign go-to-market readiness and execution. This position is responsible for facilitating campaign workstreams, managing timelines and deliverables, coordinating leadership approvals, and maintaining documentation related to campaign briefing, execution, and delivery.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.


Key Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Marketing Producer or Marketing Project Manager, preferably supporting digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong organizational and task management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of management
  • Passion for learning, continuous improvement, and implementing project management best practices
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Adaptable and able to respond quickly and efficiently to changing priorities
  • Strong ability to quickly absorb and retain new information
  • Experience with project management tools such as Airtable, Quip, Workfront, Wrike, or similar platforms
  • Proficiency with Numbers, Pages, iCal, Keynote, and Excel


Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end marketing campaign execution for Maps and Business initiatives, including both on-platform and off-platform placements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Services Marketing, including Growth, Media, International, Platform, Editorial, and others
  • Own and manage campaign roadmaps, project scopes, creative review trackers, and production schedules
  • Coordinate and facilitate recurring campaign readiness meetings, ensuring alignment on milestones, next steps, and escalation points
  • Assist with annual and quarterly forecasting and planning for upcoming marketing priorities
  • Provide weekly project status updates to Maps and Business Marketing leadership
  • Partner with other Project Managers to establish and improve tracking standards and operational protocols to maximize efficiency and speed-to-market


Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required


Additional Details

  • 12-month hybrid contract based in Culver City, CA
  • Pay rate: $78.24 per hour
