Cyber RMF & Cyber Compliance Lead

Location: Panama City Beach, FL

Clearance: Active Secret clearance required. Top Secret preferred.

Program Support: TITAN and Edge Theater Architecture

Turn cyber complexity into a clear path forward.

Every mission system has a cyber journey.

There is the path to authorization. The path to continuous monitoring. The path from findings to closure. The path from "we have a problem" to "we have a plan." The best cyber leaders do not just understand that path. They help everyone else move through it with confidence.

ISPA Technology is looking for a Cyber Pathway Team Lead to support TITAN and Edge Theater Architecture efforts in Panama City Beach, Florida. This role is ideal for a cyber professional who can lead people, manage competing priorities, and create order across RMF, ATO, vulnerability management, cyber documentation, technical teams, and mission stakeholders.

This is not just a compliance leadership role. It is a mission-enablement role.

What you will do

You will lead a cyber team responsible for helping mission systems move securely through authorization, assessment, sustainment, remediation, and continuous monitoring.

You will:

  • Lead cyber pathway planning for systems supporting TITAN and Edge Theater Architecture.
  • Coordinate RMF, ATO, continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, cyber documentation, and compliance activities.
  • Guide ISSOs, cyber analysts, system administrators, engineers, and technical SMEs through cybersecurity requirements and execution timelines.
  • Build and maintain cyber roadmaps, action trackers, POA&M burn-down plans, risk registers, and authorization schedules.
  • Translate complex cyber requirements into clear tasking, priorities, and decision points.
  • Coordinate with Government cybersecurity stakeholders, ISSMs, assessors, technical teams, and program leadership.
  • Identify blockers early and drive resolution across documentation, scanning, patching, configuration, evidence, testing, and approvals.
  • Support cyber readiness reviews, technical exchanges, assessment events, and milestone briefings.
  • Help ensure mission systems remain secure, authorized, resilient, and operationally relevant.

What makes you a strong fit

You are part strategist, part organizer, part translator, and part coach. You know how to lead cyber work without making people feel buried by it. You can sit with engineers, cyber assessors, program managers, and mission users, then help each group understand what the others need.

Required qualifications:

  • Active Secret clearance or higher.
  • Experience leading cybersecurity, RMF, ATO, vulnerability management, or mission assurance activities.
  • Strong understanding of DoD cybersecurity frameworks, RMF lifecycle activities, POA&M management, STIGs, continuous monitoring, and authorization documentation.
  • Experience coordinating technical teams and tracking cyber actions to closure.
  • Ability to work on-site in Panama City Beach, FL.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • CISSP, CASP+, CAP, CISM, Security+, or similar certification.
  • Experience supporting Navy, Army, joint, ISR, C2, tactical edge, or theater-level architectures.
  • Experience leading small cyber teams or cross-functional technical working groups.
  • Familiarity with eMASS, ACAS, STIG Viewer, SCAP, Trellix/ESS, endpoint security, DevSecOps, cloud security, or edge compute environments.
  • Experience preparing leaders for cyber decisions, risk acceptance, authorization milestones, or assessment events.

Why ISPA

At ISPA, leadership is not about having the loudest voice in the room. It is about creating clarity when the mission is complex. In this role, you will help cyber teams, engineering teams, and mission stakeholders move together toward secure, authorized, operationally useful capability.
