Senior Financial Planning Analyst
The Senior FP&A Analyst is responsible for providing strategic analytical support and serving as a trusted business partner by independently leading complex analyses, identifying trends and opportunities, and delivering actionable insights that influence business decisions. This role demonstrates ownership of key business processes, performance metrics, and complex cross-functional analyses, leveraging advanced analytical expertise to identify insights, solve business challenges, and support operational and strategic decision-making. The Senior FP&A Analyst works with a high degree of autonomy, effectively managing multiple priorities while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to develop data-driven solutions, improve processes, and support organizational objectives. In addition to leading high-impact projects from concept through implementation, this role proactively identifies opportunities for continuous improvement, enhances reporting and analytical capabilities, and communicates findings and recommendations to leadership to support strategic planning and decision-making. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity, and the capacity to influence outcomes through expertise, collaboration, and sound analytical judgment.
