Are you a passionate and insightful UX Researcher ready to make a significant impact? We're seeking a talented individual to dive into projects of medium complexity, where your expertise will directly inform and enhance groundbreaking products and services. This is an incredible opportunity to leverage your research prowess, uncover critical user needs, and translate those insights into tangible improvements that delight millions. You'll be a pivotal voice, shaping strategy and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to build truly user-centric solutions and drive innovation.

**Responsibilities:**

* **Drive Research-Driven Innovation**: With minimal guidance, identify opportunities to enhance products and services through compelling research insights and actionable recommendations. Apply user-centric thinking to overcome challenges and inspire partners in strategy, product, and technology.

* **Shape Research Programs**: Contribute to a holistic research program by planning, designing, and executing strategic and tactical research that informs product/service development and deepens user understanding. Adapt research approaches to evolving user needs and conduct analysis for medium-sized projects.

* **Uncover User Needs & Opportunities**: Conduct moderately scoped research to identify crucial user needs and business opportunities, demonstrating a strong understanding and empathy for both users and business objectives. Foster user empathy and user-centric thinking among cross-functional partners.

* **Lead Project Prioritization**: Plan and prioritize research efforts across projects, aligning with larger goals, and effectively communicate priorities to team members. Collaborate to expand responsibilities within the immediate product team and proactively remove roadblocks.

* **Guide Product Direction**: Influence product strategy by analyzing, consolidating, and synthesizing knowledge about user, product, service, or business needs with minimal guidance. Understand how diverse qualitative and quantitative research efforts converge to impact team and project outcomes.

* **Measure Impact & Influence Decisions**: Help identify, create, and apply key insights and metrics to evaluate product or service impact. Utilize your understanding of business goals, the product ecosystem, and user trends to guide research-driven, user-centric decision-making.

* **Build Consensus & Integrate Insights**: Foster consensus within projects and teams, gaining support for research-based, user-centric solutions. Effectively communicate research insights and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring their application and integration into product development and planning.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Proficiency in Team Management

* Expertise in Ethical UX research practices

* Strong skills in UX storytelling

* Deep understanding of Research processes

* Proficiency in UX research methodology

* Knowledge of the Product development lifecycle

* Understanding of Human/user behavior

* Familiarity with Interactive technology

* Competence in UX systems thinking
