About the Role The Director of Business Transformation will drive the end-to-end evolution of Westervelt's operating model. In this role, you will lead a dual mandate: sustaining and elevating our strong Continuous Improvement (CI) program to optimize current operations, while building an AI Center of Excellence (CoE) to propel future innovation. This position requires a strategic, innovative leader with a "builder's mindset" who moves beyond pilots and experiments to deliver production-ready solutions that improve efficiency, margin, and decision quality across the enterprise. Ultimately, this leader ensures transformation is systematic and durable: converting strategy into execution, experimental concepts into competitive advantage, and continuous improvement into a lasting culture.
