Job Title: Merchant Services Support Specialist

Overview:
The Merchant
Services Support Specialist
provides implementation,
customer, and technical
support to both internal and external clients related to Merchant Services
products and solutions. This role
serves as a key partner to Merchant Services Sales Representatives by
supporting the sales process,
coordinating onboarding activities, and helping ensure a seamless customer
experience from implementation
through ongoing account support.

What You'll Do:

Day in the Life -
Every day you will support the implementation and ongoing management of
Merchant Services products and customer relationships, ensuring a smooth
onboarding and support experience for both customers and sales teams.
Responsibilities include coordinating installations, providing customer
training, resolving service issues, and supporting sales activities such as
proposals, account changes, and research requests. The position also monitors
account activity to identify retention and cross-sell opportunities while
maintaining accurate reporting, customer records, and partner communications.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable
managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What it Takes:

Knowledge
& Experience:
3-5 years of banking experience required; Merchant
Services industry knowledge preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft Word,
Excel, and PowerPoint; Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical
problem-solving skills; Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Service-Minded
Approach:
Superior customer service skills with strong written and
verbal communication abilities; Ability to build positive working
relationships with customers and internal partners to deliver a
high-quality experience; Team-oriented mindset with the ability to
collaborate toward shared goals.
Managing
Priorities & Projects:
Strong organizational, planning, and time
management skills; Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing
priorities in a fast-paced environment; Demonstrated flexibility and
ability to manage competing deadlines effectively.
