The Relocation Program Associate is responsible for planning, managing, and completing relocation projects efficiently. This role involves coordinating tasks, working with teams, managing vendors, and ensuring smooth project execution. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and skilled in using technology to streamline operations while maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration and Optimization of Monday.com:
- Implement and optimize Monday.com for effective task management and team collaboration.
- Provide training and support to team members as needed.
Work Order Management:
- Use AIM software or similar tools to manage and prioritize relocation requests efficiently.
- Ensure timely response and resolution to work orders, maintaining high service standards.
Task Tracking and System Updates:
- Document, assign, and track tasks to ensure clear accountability.
- Keep project tracking systems up to date and accurate.
Vendor Coordination:
- Coordinate with moving companies and vendors to schedule manpower and workflows.
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
Invoice Handling:
- Manage the invoice process, including timely entry, approval, and payment.
- Address discrepancies or delays by coordinating with finance teams.
Inventory and Procurement Management:
- Oversee furniture inventory and ensure availability for relocation projects.
- Work with procurement teams to place orders for upcoming requirements.
Technical Proficiency:
- Use tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other project management software to support daily operations.
- Streamline processes through efficient use of technology.
Design and Visualization Work:
- Create design layouts using AutoCAD, 3D software, Adobe tools, and Canva when required.
- Provide visual aids to support project planning and presentations.
Administrative Support:
- Manage emails, digitize records, and handle ticket processing efficiently.
- Perform general administrative tasks as necessary.
Physical and On-Site Tasks:
- Perform physical tasks and assist on-site as needed.
- Maintain flexibility to work overtime or adapt to different roles as required.
- Performs other work related duties as assigned. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.

| Minimum Qualifications: |
Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. |
| Additional Required Licenses/Certifications/Posting Specific Minimum Qualifications: |
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. |

- Prior experience and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Google Suite (Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and competent with corresponding mobile apps using a work phone.
