The Role & Your Impact
The Production Supervisor works under general direction and is responsible for managing the production process and leading employees on an assigned shift to maximize production results while meeting customer demand. This is a handson leadership role with strong daytoday engagement on the production floor. You will lead and mentor a team of approximately 8-10 employees, foster a safe and positive work environment, and drive performance across safety, quality, productivity, cost, and people. In this role, you will make an impact by:
Leading, mentoring, and developing employees by setting clear expectations, assigning work, and monitoring performance Championing a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with safety standards and driving continuous improvement Managing departmental operations, including schedules, performance evaluations, and daytoday production activities Promoting employee engagement and effective communication through shift meetings, problem resolution, and Heartbeat Survey actions Hiring, training, and developing team members to support both business goals and individual growth Driving continuous improvement using lean manufacturing tools such as 5S, A3, SPS, and Kaizen Leading and participating in crossfunctional and CAPEX projects, including the design, validation, and implementation of new processes and equipment Ensuring compliance with GMP, Food Safety, and Food Defense requirements Providing daily production support, troubleshooting issues, reviewing production records, and addressing customer complaints and audit findings
What You'll Need to Be Successful
Bachelor's degree in a business or sciencerelated discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience 1-3 years of supervisory or peopleleadership experience Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization and with external contractors Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Sound judgment to make administrative, procedural, and employmentrelated decisions in a dynamic setting Working knowledge of continuous improvement principles and their practical application Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Willingness and ability to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 10%, as needed Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including frequent standing, use of hands, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, and periodic stooping, kneeling, or crouching Visual acuity including depth perception, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus

Ways of Working / Working Conditions This is an onsite, shiftbased role within a manufacturing environment. Shift schedule:
Friday - 10:00am - 6:30pm (8hrs- Flexible on times) Saturday - 10:00am - 10:30pm (12hrs) Sunday - 10:00am - 10:30pm (12hrs) Monday - 10:00am - 6:30pm (8hrs - Flexible on times)
The role requires:
Frequent presence on the production floor Use of required personal protective equipment (lab coat, hair/beard net, safety glasses, gloves) Occasional exposure to cold temperatures and productionrelated noise Physical activity including standing, walking, manual dexterity, and occasional lifting
Compensation & Benefits Expected salary range: $75,000 - $90,000 Benefits you will enjoy:
