As a Security Officer Dispatch Security Clearance in CAMDEN, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. In this role, you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, document incidents, and help guide timely responses to security-related needs. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency communication activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor radios, phones, alarms, cameras, and/or dispatch systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and relay information to assigned personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Coordinate the dispatch of officers and/or appropriate personnel to incidents, priority calls, medical situations, and/or facility needs while maintaining accurate logs and status updates.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations by gathering details, communicating with site contacts and/or first responders, and supporting timely security-related response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, noting unusual activity, reporting maintenance or access concerns, and helping to deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
