Role overview: At Ferring we are on a mission to transform the treatment of radicular leg pain from lumbar disc herniation with a novel, only-in-class intradiscal therapy that offers patients a non-surgical intervention to treat pain not resolved by conservative treatment. As a Regional Manager, you will lead a trailblazing team of interventional spine sales professionals responsible for launching a novel, only-in-class intradiscal therapy. You will drive the transformation of care for lumbar disc herniation (LDH) pain, drive adoption across your geography, and model cross functional partnerships to establish a new treatment standard. You will be responsible for developing strategies and driving execution that generates demand across office, ASC, and hospital settings. This is not a traditional sales leadership role, it is a hybrid of pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
